NEW VENUE SAN DIEGO: DIAMOND KITTY

     SD DIALED IN reports that Erica Jessup ex-Beauty Bar, ex-Voyeur, San Diego Union Tribune SCENEMAKER is launching a new bar/club, working with Gabe Vega called KITTY DIAMOND, i.e. The Flame, a name they should have kept if you ask me. (or others?)  It sounds like an epic undertaking.

  On SD DIALED IN, Rosey quotes from a clearly illegal Yelp review penned by scene stalwart May Star (Remember May Star?)  Again, I am just quoting directly from Rosey's SD DIALED IN post from earlier this week(original formatting maintained),

Erica Jessup (original manager of Beauty Bar, U-31, and Voyeur when it first opened) is opening a new venue.
It's being designed by Bells & Whistles!!
I've seen the blueprints and the ideas for the venue, and I've seen some of the construction...It's going to be amazing!
There are going to be TWO rooms of different music! The front room is being built for DJs, and the bigger back room works for DJs, bands, and fashion shows.

     There is also a quote from Jessup herself outlining the epic scope of the Venue(s).
